ARC Landing Boston has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Boston-based Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to explore collaboration in digital health, artificial intelligence and oncology innovation.

The agreement establishes a framework for the organizations to evaluate potential joint initiatives in AI-enabled cancer care, digital health technologies, and other areas of shared interest. Financial terms and specific projects were not disclosed.

ARC Landing Boston was launched by Israel’s Sheba Medical Center and its innovation arm, ARC (Accelerate, Redesign, Collaborate), to connect startups, health systems, and entrepreneurs with Massachusetts’ life sciences ecosystem. The program supports the development, clinical validation, and adoption of healthcare technologies spanning digital health, AI, medical devices, and diagnostics.

Under the memorandum, Dana-Farber will contribute its expertise in cancer research and clinical care while ARC provides its innovation platform for assessing and scaling emerging technologies.

Adam Reich, senior vice president of business strategy at Dana-Farber, said the institute views the collaboration as an opportunity to evaluate emerging technologies that could support its research and clinical priorities.
